AmTECH was founded on 1993 to provide Electronic Manufacturing Services and Microelectronics Packaging. Technologies include advanced PCB Assembly SMT and PTH technologies with 01005, 0201, uBGA, CSP, QFN and fine pitch connectors while meeting RoHS compliance for PCB fabrication, components and assembly processes.
We also offer Advanced Packaging manufacturing services including IC Assembly, Chip-On-Board (COB), Chip-On-Flex (COF), System-in-Package (SiP) and Multichip Modules (MCM) with fine pitch aluminum wedge, gold wedge or gold ball wire bonding.
Volume Production
